The BIM Architect / BIM Coordinator plays a key role in managing and delivering coordinated, clash-free BIM models across multi-disciplinary teams. This role requires deep knowledge of BIM tools, model coordination processes, and the ability to lead cross-functional discussions to resolve spatial and technical conflicts. The ideal candidate is experienced with platforms like Navisworks, Revizto, Autodesk BIM 360, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced project environment.

4. Documentation & Standards
- Support the development and implementation of BIM standards, templates, and protocols.
- Ensure adherence to ISO 19650 and other project-specific BIM guidelines.
- Assist in preparing BEPs, MIDPs, and BIM deliverables schedules as required.
5. Technical Support & Training
- Provide Revit and BIM tool support to junior architects and project teams.
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members on BIM workflows and platforms.
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 4–7 years of experience in a BIM environment with model coordination responsibilities
- Proficient in Revit, Navisworks Manage, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360)
- Experienced with Revizto for issue tracking and collaborative model review
- Strong understanding of model geometry, shared coordinates, and federated modeling
- Familiar with ISO 19650 standards, BEPs, and LOD protocols
Preferred:
- Certification in Autodesk Revit or BIM Coordination (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional)
