Job Description
- Facilitate communication between departments or organizations
- Organize and coordinate meetings and events
- Prepare and distribute reports and documentation
- Assist in resolving conflicts and issues
- Maintain and build relationships with stakeholders
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Ensure alignment of goals and objectives
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Proven experience in processing BIR permits, 2303, and POS machines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Experience in project management is a plus
