Liaison Officer / Data Gathering Specialist - is responsible in gathering, collecting, analyzing and disseminating market data and intelligence to support trading strategies, risk management and decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong research and data management skills with an understanding or financial markets, economic trends and trading systems.

• Track real-time and historical market data (e.g., stock prices, commodities, in demand products, trends, space, location, gaps and unmet needs) from multiple sources and disseminate updates to the immediate superior for further study.
• Maintain database of market, economic and trading data with a focus on accuracy, relevance and timeliness.
• Ensure all data usage complies with licensing agreements and regulatory standards; maintain organized archives of historical data and reports.
• Conduct on-site field visits to scout for high-potential areas, including public markets commercial centers, or retail zones.
• Analyze target markets for customer demand, competition, foot traffic and logistical access, indirect competitor activity.
• Establish connections with local market authorities, property owners and cooperatives.
• Create area development and rollout plans aligned with business goals.
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

• Trustworthy and values integrity. No bad records and integrity issues.
• Can drive and owns a motorcycle.
• Must have at least two (2) years of experience in a market trading, research or financial information role.
• With at least two (2) years of stay in previous company.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or google sheets; familiarity with databases.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to changing market conditions.
• Willing to work and go on field anytime and anywhere.
• Willing to travel and visit wet markets regularly.
