Assist in the preparation, submission, and follow-up of documents with government agencies such as SEC, DTI, BIR, LGUs, DOLE, and others.
Submit and retrieve/receive documents from various government offices and agencies.
Coordinate with the Licensing Department and other internal departments to gather necessary documentation for submission.
Ensure proper documentation and safekeeping of all processed documents.
Provide status updates on pending requests and escalate delays or issues when needed.
Update the Project Monitoring system of all applications, renewals, and expirations as required.
Perform other administrative tasks related to government compliance as assigned.

Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course. Courses in Business Administration, Public Administration, or other related fields are an advantage.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is an advantage — but fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Familiarity with government agencies (SEC, DTI, BIR, LGUs, etc.) and their processes is a plus
Willing to travel or run errands; preferably owns and rides a motorcycle
Trustworthy, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision
