Qualifications:

• Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of proven experience dealing with Bureau of Immigration (BI) and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (any field).
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel occasionally for document submission and coordination.
• Preferably bilingual (English and Filipino)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle visa and work permit applications, renewals, and other related government transactions at BI and DOLE.
• Submit and collect official documents and ensure accuracy and completeness of all paperwork.
• Coordinate and maintain good relationships with government offices and officials.
• Track application progress and provide timely updates to internal departments and clients.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine immigration and labor regulations.
• Assist in other administrative or liaison duties as may be assigned.
