The Liaison Officer is responsible for lodging and collecting customers’ visa applications from various Embassies. The role includes verifying the completeness of documents, assisting clients during personal appearances, and ensuring timely liquidation of cash advances.
- Prepare and submit visa applications to Embassies.
- Accompany clients for personal appearances when required.
- Collect released visas and forward them to the Visa Specialist.
- Liquidate cash advances within 24 hours after visa release.
- Update the Visa Operations Manager on Embassy schedules and policy changes.
- Attend required trainings and support administrative needs.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.
