Role: Legal Intake Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Legal Call Intake Specialist to join our client's team and assist with intake calls for our law office. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a crucial role in gathering information, providing initial assistance, and scheduling consultations. Key Responsibilities: Call Intake & Client Interaction:

  • Answer inbound calls from prospective clients and assist with their legal inquiries.
  • Collect detailed client information, ensuring all necessary data is accurately recorded.
  • Schedule consultations and ensure proper follow-up communication with potential clients.
  • Provide basic information about legal services, ensuring potential clients understand the process and services offered.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate records of client intake, including case details, contact information, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist with managing and organizing legal documentation and case files.
  • Ensure the timely processing of all intake-related paperwork and client forms.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Handle sensitive client information with discretion and in compliance with confidentiality regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Coordinate with legal staff to ensure a smooth transition of intake information for further legal action.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Assist with special legal projects as needed.
  • Provide backup support for other administrative duties in the office.
  • Support in managing and organizing appointment schedules for attorneys.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service, call center, or intake specialist role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to speak clearly and professionally.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
