Description
- Facilitate the filing of all requirements with various government agencies related to the incorporation of new corporations, procurement of business permits, payment of taxes for property transactions, and compliance with reportorial requirements.
- Personally file and/or mail pleadings and other legal documents to various courts (RTC, MTC, Court of Appeals, Supreme Court).
- Secure and submit application forms and checklists for the registration of new properties and payment of corresponding real property taxes.
- Monitor the status and validity of permits, ensuring timely renewal and compliance with applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Legal Management, or any related course
- Proficient in both oral and written communication
- Enthusiastic, target-driven, and proactive
- Proven experience as a Liaison Officer
