Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the leasing department, including preparing lease agreements, maintaining records, and managing correspondence.
Tenant Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for current and prospective tenants, addressing inquiries and facilitating communication between tenants and the leasing team.
Lease Documentation: Assist in the preparation and processing of lease documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Market Research: Conduct research on market trends and potential tenants to support leasing strategies.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and market analysis for management review.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing promotional events and activities to attract potential tenants and increase foot traffic in the mall.
Database Management: Maintain and update the database of tenants, prospects, and lease details.
Site Tours: Coordinate and conduct site tours for prospective tenants, showcasing available spaces and amenities

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in leasing, real estate, or property management is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with tenants and team members.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with leasing management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Customer Service Orientation: A proactive and customer-focused attitude to address tenant needs and concerns.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in lease documentation and reporting.
