- Assist in tenant relations and inquiries.
- Show available properties to prospective tenants.
- Maintain leasing documentation and records.
- Coordinate move-ins and lease signings.
- Help with marketing efforts to attract new tenants.
- Support the leasing manager with daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with leasing policies and regulations.
- Job Title: Leasing Assistant
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong front management skills and attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential site visits.
