About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and creative Copywriter with 3–5 years of experience writing high-converting copy for lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate understands how to craft messaging that encourages inquiries, form submissions, and booked calls for service-based or B2B businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Write persuasive copy for paid ads, landing pages, lead magnets, and lead forms
• Develop conversion-focused ad copy that drives inquiries, sign-ups, and bookings
• Create clear and compelling messaging tailored to different audiences and platforms
• Collaborate with media buyers and designers to optimize ad and funnel performance
• Write and refine copy for email follow-ups or nurture sequences when needed
• Conduct research to understand customer pain points, objections, and motivations
• A/B test copy variations and optimize based on lead performance and conversion data

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional copywriting experience
• Proven experience writing copy for lead generation or service-based campaigns
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conversion-focused copy
• Excellent command of English grammar, tone, and structure
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B or service-based marketing
• Familiarity with sales funnels and customer journeys
• Experience writing for appointment booking or consultation-based offers
