Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Key Account Development: Focus on cross-border e-commerce independent sites, TikTok platform and dropshipping business; target and develop overseas B-end key accounts (such as large retailers, brand owners, e-commerce distributors, etc.); complete new customer acquisition targets.
  2. Customer Relationship Maintenance: Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with core key accounts; follow up on customer needs regularly; solve problems arising in cooperation; improve customer satisfaction and repurchase rate.
  3. Sales Target Achievement: Formulate personal sales plans according to the company's strategy; complete annual/quarterly/monthly core performance indicators such as sales volume and gross profit.
  4. Market and Competitor Analysis: Collect industry trends, competitor information and customer needs in the target market; provide data support for the company's product iteration, pricing strategy and market expansion.
  5. Contract and Payment Collection Management: Responsible for the negotiation and signing of key account cooperation contracts; follow up the progress of order execution; ensure timely collection of payment for goods; reduce the risk of bad debts.
  6. Cross-departmental Collaboration: Cooperate with operations, supply chain, customer service and other teams to ensure efficient delivery of customer orders and improve customer experience.


Job Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Marketing, International Trade, Business English and other related fields are preferred.
  2. Experience: More than 3 years of experience in B-end key account sales in cross-border e-commerce; those with resources of key accounts on independent sites, dropshipping or TikTok platform are preferred.
  3. Familiar with the e-commerce ecology and consumption habits of target overseas markets (such as North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, etc.).
  4. Language: Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, which can be used as the working language; proficiency in other small languages (such as Spanish, French) is preferred.
