What You’ll Do:

• Generate client and applicant leads from internal groups, social media pages (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), and other platforms.
• Run client campaigns to drive lead generation.
• Engage in direct messaging with potential clients across internal and external group pages.
• Utilize tools like Canva, Photoshop, and lead generation tools to create compelling campaigns and content.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in lead generation, including successful campaigns and events.
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and other lead generation software.
• A driven, ambitious, and career-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate past achievements in lead generation during the interview.

Compensation:

• Salary + Commission: ₱30,000 to ₱50,000/month (depending on performance).

• Portfolio: Must have a portfolio showcasing previous work in lead generation and campaigns.

Must be able to know how to form marketing campaigns and have done so in the past with previous employer where the campaign was successful in generating client leads.
