Description

  • Conduct outreach to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to schedule introductory meetings with our Sales Managers.
  • Engage and nurture leads from our database, focusing on clients likely to benefit from cost-effective, skilled software development staffing solutions.
  • Qualify leads by researching client profiles, understanding their development needs, and identifying key decision-makers.
  • Follow a strategic call-back and follow-up schedule to maximize contact rates and build relationships.
  • Maintain detailed call records, including responses and next steps, in our CRM (Pipedrive) to keep the sales process seamless.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to refine messaging, understand service differentiators, and target ideal clients effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B outbound appointment setting, B2B sales or in a similar role within the software development or IT services sector. You'll have the freedom to design your own strategy and use tested tactics achieve KPIs. 
  • Cold Calling Skills: Comfortable with cold calling and engaging with senior decision-makers (e.g., CTOs, CEOs) about their hiring needs.
  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to convey technical staffing benefits clearly and persuasively.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiar with CRM tools, like Pipedrive and outreach platforms. 
  • Results-Driven: Proven track record of achieving KPIs, setting appointments, and willingness to experiment with different outreach techniques.
  • Self-Motivated: A self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive results in a remote working environment.
