 • Design high-level and detailed system architecture for web-based platforms and middleware.

 • Recommend the most efficient frontend, backend, database, and cloud technologies.

 • Establish standards for API integrations, data flow, cybersecurity, and scalability.

 • Ensure the system supports POS, ERP, accounting, inventory, and reporting integrations.

2. Technology & Platform Recommendations

 • Evaluate and propose the best software stack, tools, and frameworks.

 • Recommend system solutions aligned with:

 • Forecasting

 • Data collection (Z-reading, COGS)

 • Sales performance dashboards

 • P&L automation

 • Store ordering linked to warehouse/SOS

 • QuickBooks or SAP integrations

3. Development Team Leadership

 • Lead and manage:

 • Full-stack developers (front & back-end)

 • UI/UX designer

 • API integration specialists (if needed)

 • Provide technical guidance, code review, and sprint direction.

 • Assign deliverables aligned with system roadmap and deadlines.

4. Project Oversight & Execution

 • Translate business requirements into technical tasks and modules.

 • Monitor progress, timelines, and output quality.

 • Coordinate with management for approvals and updates.

 • Implement agile or sprint-style development practices.

5. Security, Performance & Compliance

 • Set standards for data privacy, encryption, access control, backups.

 • Ensure system speed, uptime, and reliability.

 • Recommend cloud hosting and storage architecture.

6. Documentation & Handover

 • Create system documentation: flowcharts, ERDs, process maps, deployment plans.

 • Prepare technical guides for long-term maintenance and scaling.

Experience

 • 5–8+ years of experience in web-based systems development.

 • 3+ years in a leadership or technical lead role.

 • Strong background in:

 • System Architecture & Middleware Design

 • API and Integration Frameworks

 • Microservices or Modular Architecture

 • Experience working with project-based development teams.

Technical Skills

Must be highly proficient in:

 • Frontend: React, Vue, Next.js, Angular (or similar)

 • Backend: Node.js, Laravel, Django, .NET Core (or similar)

 • Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or cloud DB

 • Middleware: API gateways, microservices, message brokers

 • Cloud/Hosting: AWS, GCP, Azure, DigitalOcean

 • Security: OAuth, SSL, token-based authentication

 • Project Mgmt: Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar
