We are seeking a skilled Lead, Software Engineer (Full-stack) to take charge of our software development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality full-stack solutions. You will lead a team of engineers, collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement scalable and secure applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of full-stack software solutions, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
• Oversee the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Write clean, maintainable code across the stack (e.g., front-end technologies like React, Angular; back-end technologies like Node.js, Python) and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate collaboration across teams.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful project completion.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform development practices.
• Advocate for best practices in full-stack development, testing, and deployment.
• Lead a team of engineers and DevOps professionals, mentoring and guiding junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in full-stack software development with a track record of leading engineering teams.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Express, Django).
• Expertise in designing scalable and secure solutions using cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Proficiency in database design, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team while adhering to best practices and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
