Description
- Provide technical assistance and support for customers encountering issues with products.
- Diagnose hardware and software problems and offer effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and guide users through setup.
- Document interactions with customers and track problem resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Diploma in a related field.
- Must have own motorcycle and have a valid driver licence
- 3-5 years of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management, After-Sales Maintenance, Pre-Sale Product Demonstration, and Sales Training.
- Provide technical assistance, resolve customer inquiries, conduct product demonstrations, and support sales training efforts.
- Office environment with occasional remote support; flexible hours may be required.
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset.
