Job Description
- 受注の予約および管理：工場や第三者サプライヤーからの顧客注文の各部品が、正確かつ期限内に倉庫または顧客へ届けられるようにすること
- 納期の連絡および商品が予定通りに出荷・納品されているかの確認
- 内部のお客様に対して、明確かつ顧客志向の方法で積極的にコミュニケーションを行うこと
- 返品注文プロセスの支援：サプライヤーに承認確認の連絡を行い、お客様に返品プロセスをご案内し、返品注文の予約を行うとともに、お客様と工場間で詳細事項を調整すること
- 出荷および／または発注書を妨げる信用保留に関して、財務部門に通知し、フォローアップを実施すること
- 物流および文書管理の観点からサプライチェーンプロセス（例：出荷時の売上、直接配送）の支援を行うこと
- 問題が期限内に解決されず、納品に影響を与える可能性がある場合には、速やかにチームリーダーへエスカレーションすること
