Job Description
- 预订和管理销售订单：确保客户订单的所有部分（来自工厂和第三方供应商）能够按时完整地交付到仓库或客户手中。
- 沟通交付日期，并检查货物是否按时发货和交付。
- 以清晰和以客户为中心的方式主动与（内部）客户沟通。
- 支持退货订单流程：联系供应商确认授权，通知客户退货流程，预订退货订单并协调客户与工厂之间的所有退货细节。
- 通知并跟进财务部门，处理阻碍发货和/或采购订单的信用停滞问题。
- 从物流和文档的角度支持供应链流程（例如，发货销售、直接交付）。
- 当问题未能及时解决并可能影响交付时，及时向团队负责人上报。
