• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Prepare and serve food or drinks according to company standards.
• Ensure that all products are prepared, stored, and served safely following food safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the store, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in the food service or retail industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
