Description
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, plating, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen
- Support the Head Chef and cooks in ensuring dishes are prepared according to restaurant standards, maintaining quality, consistency, and authentic Japanese flavors
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: Experience in Japanese or Asian cuisine is an advantage
- Skills and Competencies: Basic cooking techniques (grilling, frying, boiling, steaming, etc.)
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long hours, and exposure to heat.
- Qualities and Traits: Physically fit, strong sense of cleanliness, hygiene, and attention to detail
