Job Description
- Prepare and cook a variety of authentic South Indian dishes.
- Ensure quality and consistency in food presentation and taste.
- Manage inventory and kitchen supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for efficient workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards.
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development.
- Stay updated with culinary trends in South Indian cuisine.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Experience Level: Minimum 2 years of experience in South Indian cuisine.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in preparing traditional South Indian dishes, knowledge of spices and cooking techniques.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and cook dishes, manage kitchen inventory, maintain hygiene standards.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, requires standing for long hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, creativity, passion for cooking, strong communication skills.
