Description
- Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
- Wash dishes and utensils, and assist with kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Support team during busy service periods.
Requirements
- 20-30yrs old
- Willing to Relocate
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year in a kitchen environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in kitchen hygiene, mise-en-place, and communication; customer-oriented with attention to detail; capable of heavy lifting.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment; requires standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, reliable, and adaptable.
