- Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Help with inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Follow food safety regulations and standards.
- Support the team during busy service times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen staff.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cooking techniques, knowledgeable about kitchen hygiene, and capable of effective stewarding.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen, standing for long periods, and potential exposure to heat and sharp tools.
- Qualities and Traits: Discreet, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for food.
