Description

  • Assist with food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and support head chefs.
  • Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Stock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Support team members during busy service periods.
  • Participate in kitchen inventory management.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in cooking, stewarding, strong attention to detail, and knowledge of kitchen hygiene.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, possibly long hours, with physical demands.
  • Qualities and Traits: Team player, reliable, quick learner, and adaptable.
