We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Executive to manage and grow our Modern Trade accounts. The role requires strong relationship management skills, the ability to analyze sales data, and the drive to achieve revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned Modern Trade accounts and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Develop and implement account strategies to maximize growth opportunities.
• Negotiate promotions, pricing, and trading terms with buyers.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and shelf presence.
• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of account plans.
• Prepare regular reports and updates on account performance.
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in Modern Trade channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in FMCG or retail.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel and meet clients as needed.
