DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Keeps safe accounting records and financial data.
2. Records & maintains accounting books on timely basis.
3. Prepares account summary and reconciliation reports.
4. Reviews relevant entries for related books.
5. Reports entries for corrections/adjustments and make necessary modification.
6. Extends support to co-Accounting Assistant when deemed necessary.
7. Provides Financial Statements as requested.
8. Acts as Bookkeeper and/or Cashier of the Cooperative.
9. Reports directly to Accounting Supervisor.
10. Performs other tasks as necessary to support the cooperative’s objectives.
