Supervise every aspect of the company's accounting function
Oversees the accounting department's daily operations
Monitor the performance of the Accounting Department
Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
Provide assistance and support to company personnel
Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
Other tasks that may assigned from time to time

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
At least 1-2 years of solid supervisory experience in related field
Familiarity with book keeping and basic accounting procedures
Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software
Excellent verbal and written communication Skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Aptitude for numbers
Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
Data entry and word processing skills
Well organized
Amenable to work in Pasig
