- Keep safe accounting records and financial data.
- Record and maintain accounting books on a timely basis.
- Prepare account summary and reconciliation reports.
- Review relevant entries for related books.
- Report entries for corrections/adjustments and make necessary modifications.
- Extend support to co-Accounting Assistant when necessary.
- Provide financial statements as requested.
- Act as Bookkeeper and/or Cashier of the Cooperative.
- Report directly to the Accounting Supervisor.
- Perform other tasks as necessary to support the Cooperative objectives.
