Description

  • Collect sales documents
  • Sorts cashiers manual sales report
  • Collect official booklets with proper documentation
  • Prepares Certified Monthly Sales Report, such as Monthly Sales Summary for Audited Sales, Monthly Summary of Account Receivables of Gift Certificate, Monthly Summary of AR-Familia, Monthly Summary of Employee Deduction for AR-Pending Card, Cashier Shortages, and breakages
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Precision in handling financial data and reports
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good verbal and written communication
