Job Description
Description
- Responsible for identifying potential high-quality cryptocurrency projects, establishing contact with project teams, and promoting their tokens on the platform (Spot, Launchpad, etc.)
- Research market trends and emerging sectors, and develop project recruitment plans that align with the exchange's listing strategy
- Conduct business negotiations for listings, including collaboration terms, fees, and joint marketing promotions with project teams, ensuring alignment with platform interests
- Coordinate among project teams, spot operations, technical, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project launches and optimize the launch process
- Monitor listing activities of major exchanges (such as Binance, OKX, Bybit, KuCoin, etc.), and analyze competitor strategies
- Research market trends, emerging public chains, and ecosystem projects to support listing strategies
Requirements
- Over 2 years of experience in business development/listing in the blockchain industry, with priority given to those with exchange listing resources
- Excellent business development and negotiation skills, capable of independently completing project recruitment and connection
- Strong teamwork abilities, able to communicate effectively with internal and external teams to advance projects
