1. Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above, in Computer Science or a related field.

2. Work Experience: Over 4 years of relevant work experience, with experience in perpetual contracts and matching systems.

3. Java Foundation: Solid foundation in Java, familiar with Java multithreading, concurrency, and network communication.

4. Application Frameworks: Familiar with mainstream application frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring, Spring Cloud, and MyBatis.

5. Microservices Architecture: Experience in designing and building microservices architecture, familiar with Kafka.

6. Spring Cloud Components: Familiar with commonly used Spring Cloud components.

7. Monitoring and Services: Familiar with monitoring, querying, and service registration services such as Grafana, ELK, ES, Etcd, and ZooKeeper.
