Job Description:

1. Development Tasks: Complete assigned development tasks on time, delivering high-quality code and documentation.

System Maintenance: Maintain high stability and availability of the trading system, continuously optimizing system performance and user experience.

2. Technical Research: Conduct ongoing research on innovative technologies and share findings with team members.

3. Problem Solving: Responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues encountered by clients, ensuring the smooth operation of the system.

4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to complete functional development tasks.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, in a computer-related field, with over 5 years of Java development experience, including at least 2 years of experience in the Web3 field (digital asset trading, blockchain applications).

2. Proficient in core Java technologies (collections, concurrency, JVM), skilled in frameworks such as Spring Boot and Spring Cloud, with experience in distributed system development.

3. Familiar with Web3 spot trading processes, with preference given to those with experience in developing order systems, account systems, and marketing activity systems (such as implementing limit orders, market orders, activity rule engines, etc.).

4. Proficient in storage middleware such as MySQL and Redis, with experience in database performance optimization and cache strategy design.

5. Possess design capabilities for high concurrency and high availability systems, with practical experience in handling peak traffic (such as sudden user growth during marketing events).

6. Familiar with development and operations tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Docker, with preference given to those with CI/CD practical experience.

7. Possess strong problem analysis skills, communication skills, and team spirit, capable of independently responsible for core module development.

8. Preference given to candidates with experience in 0-1 exchange project development.
