Operations Engineer

Responsible for the management and daily operations of the company's cloud resources, including server management, system monitoring, fault troubleshooting, and performance optimization of infrastructure services.

- Maintain the company's internal network, ensuring network access stability and guaranteeing high availability of various infrastructure services.

- Develop and maintain the company's management hub, providing a fully automated CI/CD process to ensure the stable operation of container repositories and clusters.

- Maintain cloud servers and IDC environment, ensuring high availability of the service platform and capable of in-depth fault troubleshooting and analysis.

- Manage the service logging system, troubleshoot crashes and exceptions, and provide efficient log query system support to the development team.

- Manage boundary services (Cloudflare and cloud load balancing), ensuring user access performance and conducting monitoring optimizations.

- Manage various SSL certificates for cloud services, maintaining an automated certificate platform or manually deploying certificates to critical platforms.
