Interpret Japanese–Chinese for project and company technical meetings; translate Japanese–Chinese technical materials, presentation documents, meeting minutes, etc. (primarily interpreting, with some written translation). Require professional interpreter training; technical interpreting experience; over two years of full-time Japanese–Chinese interpreting/translation experience (consecutive and whispered interpreting); and simultaneous interpreting experience. Preference given to candidates with simultaneous interpreting experience. Graduates of Beijing Foreign Studies University, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, or Shanghai International Studies University preferred; must have simultaneous interpreting skills; candidates based in China with the appropriate visa acceptable; practical technical simultaneous interpreting experience required; maximum age 50; open to all genders. NHK news consecutive interpreting experience is a plus.
