- Translate and localize documents, contracts, product information, and internal communication materials from Japanese to Chinese and vice versa.
- Ensure accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and consistency of all translated content.
- Support real-time interpretation for meetings, conferences, and business calls between Japanese-speaking and Chinese-speaking teams.
- Collaborate closely with different departments (HR, Marketing, Legal, Operations, etc.) to meet translation needs.
- Proofread and edit translated texts to maintain high-quality language standards.
- Assist in market research and localization projects in Japan and Greater China regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, Japanese/Chinese Language, or related field.
- Native or fluent proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1,2,3 or equivalent) and Chinese (HSK 6 or equivalent).
- Proven work experience as a translator/interpreter (financial, trading, or technology industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of financial terminology, especially in crypto/blockchain industry.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
