- Prepare authentic Japanese dishes, including sushi and ramen.
- Prepare authentic Japanese dishes, maintain kitchen standards, ensure food safety, and train kitchen staff.
- Ensure high-quality food presentation and taste.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to health regulations.
- Collaborate with staff for smooth kitchen operations.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Innovate and create new menu items.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.

- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in Japanese cuisine preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Customer-oriented, self-starter, expertise in sushi and sashimi making, strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and proficient cooking skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, evening and weekend shifts likely.
