- Process and manage trip tickets, ensuring accurate logging of vehicles entering and exiting the facility.
- Monitor employee entry and exit, maintaining updated records and enforcing company access protocols.
- Receive, verify, and document incoming parcels, ensuring proper distribution to designated recipients.
- Screen and scan visitors using approved security procedures and identification systems to maintain a safe environment.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the surroundings and building facilities, coordinating with maintenance personnel as needed.
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned to support overall operations.
