Description
- Maintain cleanliness of facilities, including restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables properly.
- Restock supplies like soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- 20-35YRS OLD

- LOCATIONS: B101 MAGNOLIA TO BE ASSIGNED
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma, Bachelor or equivalent
- Experience Level: No previous experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in home storage solutions, elderly care, disinfection, organization, upholstery and carpet cleaning, general cleaning, customer service, and computer hardware.
- Working Conditions: Varied environments, including residential and commercial spaces; may require physical labor.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, compassionate towards the elderly, and strong communication skills.
