Position Description

  • Overall accountable for the creation, implementation, and management of one or more IT Service Management processes/practices.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert across all aspects of ITSM by offering knowledge, advice, and answering questions & concerns
  • Monitor compliance or adherence of users with regards to the process/policies defined and assist in suggestions & execution
  • Design & analyze Key Performance Indicators to provide insights for IT Operations on how well they are performing against their goals
  • Lead initiatives to drive continuous service improvement on ITSM
  • Lead initiatives to drive continuous service improvement on IT Operations
  • Work with external teams to provide service and flow standards that ensure better experience for IT Operations
  • Perform user acceptance testing on ServiceNow instances changes
  • Conduct training sessions or providing documentation as needed
  • Conduct ITSM trainings or process workshops

Position Requirements

3+ years of experience with IT Service Management and/or IT Service Operations processes/frameworks in both practices. (ITIL V3 / V4 strongly preferred)

Personal Requirements

  • Experience using IT Tools (ServiceNow is strongly preferred)
  • Experience in writing process and dashboards using ServiceNow Performance Analytics
  • Knowledge in creating reports based on data sets from various materials
  • Knowledge in new technologies – Agile / DevOps
