- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for hardware and software issues.
- Respond to user inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.
- Install, configure, and update IT equipment and software as needed.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new employees on IT systems.
