Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM PST, 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM PHT

Position Overview

Star Nursing Inc. is seeking a full time IT Help Desk Support professional to provide remote technical assistance to internal users. This role supports daily IT operations, including troubleshooting, network administration, and basic security tasks.

You will serve as the first point of contact for technical concerns and deliver clear, solution focused support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first level technical support via phone and remote tools
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues
• Assist with user account management and access control
• Support network administration and basic security functions
• Document issues, resolutions, and recurring trends
• Escalate complex technical issues when necessary
• Maintain professional and timely communication with users

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT support or help desk roles
• Strong troubleshooting skills across operating systems and common business applications
• Working knowledge of network administration and basic IT security principles
• Clear spoken and written English, comfortable handling inbound calls
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar
• Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay rate: $4.00 per hour
• Full time schedule
• 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Standard Time
• 1:00 AM to 9:30 AM Philippine Time
