Position Overview

RecruitGo is on the lookout for a proactive and tech-savvy Technical Customer Support Specialist -  L1 to join our growing team! As a frontline support expert, you’ll guide users through technical issues, troubleshoot platform concerns, and deliver an exceptional customer experience every step of the way.

Responsibilities: 

• Become a product expert to confidently support and empower users.
• Provide clear, accurate support via chat, email, and phone.
• Troubleshoot issues and work closely with internal teams for resolution.
• Manage multiple conversations with empathy and efficiency.
• Contribute to documentation and process improvements.

• 1+ year of customer support experience (SaaS/software preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills—written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset.
• Self-starter attitude with solid time management.
• Tech-savvy, quick to learn tools and systems.

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting complex SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with Intercom, Aircall, or similar tools.
• Crypto or global tax knowledge is a plus!.
