The IT Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of Point of Sale (POS) systems across the company.

• Responsible for precise troubleshooting and repair networks, hardware and software components of desktop and laptop. 
• Administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of all CCTV, IP Telephony, and Firewall systems.
• Provide technical support to servers, networks, telephones, POS, and other computing flatforms. Organize workstation and cable management.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. 
• Monthly IT Audit and keep all PCs with optimum performances with all latest updates and patches.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and software licenses. 
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for procurement and getting a minimum of 4 quotes for further approval.
• Answers incoming calls and provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone) 
• File and maintain IT-related records.
• Visit branches and check computers and CCTVS.
• Back-up CCTV footages of branches every month and safekeep the back-up files. 
• Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level and anticipating needed supplies.
• Coordinate repairs of office equipment and machines to respective suppliers. 
• Cover the reception area when necessary.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

• With relevant experience (especially in POS)
• 1 to 2 years related work experience
• With a bachelor's degree in IT-related courses.
• Can work ASAP.
• Willing to be assigned in Pasig City.
