- Responsible for administering user endpoint devices including software installation, updating, patching and troubleshooting
- Provides 1st level support on IT issues reported by users
- Oversees the performance of 3rd Party service provider for user support
- Assist in research activities related to endpoint technologies
- Conduct User Satisfaction Surveys (USAT).
- Fresh Graduates (Entry Level)
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication/Electronic) or any related field.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including holidays and weekends. Open to assignment in Makati, Pasig, or BGC, Taguig.
- Willing to start ASAP.
