Job Description

  • The IT Technical Support is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to company employees or clients. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with system setups, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of IT systems and services.

  • Certification in IT-related fields (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)).
