  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of technical support experience in IT.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software, strong communication skills, and basic networking knowledge.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical assistance, resolve user issues, and maintain IT systems.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may require shift work and on-call support.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, patient, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
