We are hiring a skilled IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our support team in Quezon City. As part of the IT Service Desk, you will be the first line of support for end-users, providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring timely issue resolution. You will work in a dynamic, service-oriented environment, supporting either local or international clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, applications, networks, and user accounts
  • Use tools such as ServiceNow and Active Directory for logging incidents and managing user access
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or relevant departments
  • Document and update support cases, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery
  • Follow standard procedures for issue resolution and contribute to knowledge base documentation


Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Service Desk or IT Support
  • Experience supporting local or international accounts
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and/or Active Directory
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Willing to work on evening/night shifts
  • Amenable to work on-site in Quezon City
