We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Operations (Asset Management) to provide strategic and operational leadership across asset management and investment businesses. This executive role will drive growth, ensure profitability, oversee multi-business operations, and work closely with C-level executives and the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of asset management strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Provide strategic advice to executives on investments, portfolio diversification, and business performance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across business units.
• Set and monitor sales and revenue targets to achieve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with SEC, BSP, and other regulatory requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate operational and investment risks.
• Present business, financial, and operational updates to senior leadership and the Board.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, asset management, or financial services.
• Strong track record in achieving sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Deep knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred).
• Professional certifications (CFA, CPA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills.
