Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting or related course.
• CPA or CIA is a plus
• At least 5-8 years of experience as operations manager in a insurance company
• With at least 5-8 years of experience Transformation and change management.
• Amenable to work in hybrid set-up
• Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities:

• Driving strategic initiatives to deliver risk-averse scalability, transparency, and synergistic alignment across the function.
• Validating the accuracy of operational risk heat maps and other risk assessments.
• Developing risk assessments and audit approach for auditing information services and technology.
• Overseeing annual business planning and business unit goal setting efforts.
• Managing a growing team with responsibility for hiring, compensation, promotion, and performance management.
